“We really wanted to gain the qualification to the Final Four of Bologna and we succeeded in it; we are therefore very happy because this result confirms what has been done in championship – said the coach of Diatec Trentino Angelo Lorenzetti after the match – We've always been among the top four teams of the league and it would be right but not obvious to stay among them also in the last stages of Coppa Italia. Tonight we did not find the best Monza of the season, but we did well not conceding the opponents too much opportunities to get back in the game. Now we just have to focus to our next match”. 
For Diatec Trentino is scheduled another important away match for next weekend: on Sunday, January 15th the yellow-blue team will play versus Sir Safety Conad at PalaEvangelisti of Perugia for the match between the teams that are in the first and second positions of the ranking of regular season of SuperLega Unipolsai 2016/17.
The match will start at 6.00 p.m, live streaming and coverage at RAI Sport 1 and Radio Dolomiti.
